We ship to any country in the world. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the products of our own collection have a RESERVE option. In case of not having stock available, they will appear as “Available for reservation” this means that you buy your garments under reservation and we manufacture them for you as soon as possible, in these cases the usual delivery time will not be met. Normally the delivery time will be extended by only 3-4 days depending on demand.
SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
- Peninsula and Portugal
The shipping costs corresponding to Spain (peninsula) and Portugal (peninsula) will have a fixed price of 4.99€. On purchases over 40€ the shipping costs will be FREE.
Orders placed through card payments with destination Peninsula whose garments are all in stock are guaranteed delivery in 72h, are shipped within 24-48 working hours after receipt of payment (preparation and processing time), through GLS that, under normal conditions, after the processing time will deliver the package at its destination within 24-48 hours (shipping time). In the case of payments by bank transfer, the preparation time will begin once the payment is received.
- Spain (Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands will be 7€. For purchases over 35€ they will be FREE. Orders whose garments are all in stock, are shipped within 24-48 working hours after receipt of payment (preparation and processing time), through GLS, which under normal conditions, after the processing time, will deliver the package at its destination within 24-48 hours (shipping time). In the case of payments by bank transfer, the preparation time will begin once the payment has been received.
The shipping costs corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be 8€, in purchases over 40€ the shipping costs will be FREE. Orders whose garments are in stock will be processed through Correos, are shipped within 24-48 hours (working) following receipt of payment (preparation and processing time) and shipping time will be extended to 5-10 working days. In the case of payments by bank transfer, the preparation time will begin once the payment is received in the bank account, this can take up to 5 working days *Indispensable: for orders with destination Canary Islands, the ID number of the person who will receive the package must be included in the order notes.
EUROPE
Shipping costs for orders with European Union destination will cost 14,99€ and will be FREE for orders over 500€.
Orders placed through our payment gateway to Europe are shipped via GLS or CORREOS Spain. Depending on the country of destination, orders whose garments are all in stock will be delivered to the address indicated within 7-17 working days (shipping time). In the case of payments by bank transfer the preparation time will start once the payment is received in the bank account, this can take up to 5 working days.
NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.
The shipping costs corresponding to orders that have as destination countries that do not belong to the European Union will have a cost between 15,9€ and 26,5€ depending on the weight of the package and will be FREE for orders over 300€.
Shipments to non-European countries will be sent through CORREOS Spain or UPS. In orders placed through our payment gateway, these will be delivered to the address indicated in a period that can range from 10 to 27 working days varying according to the country of destination (shipping time). In the case of payments by bank transfer, the preparation time will begin once the payment is received in the bank account, this can take up to 5 working days.

-Due to high demand caused by Black Friday discounts delivery times may increase significantly for operational reasons.
-Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen payment method. See Payment Methods section.
-Garments purchased under reservation are not in stock and are manufactured by our team for you in the shortest possible time, normally this does not delay delivery more than 3-4 working days *On dates close to Black Friday this period may increase significantly.
-Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as transport costs. We advise you to group all your items in the same order, as it is not possible to combine two different orders and shipping costs will be applied to each order separately.
-We currently do not ship COD (cash on delivery).
-www.almalatinashop.es is not responsible for any possible customs costs that may occur at the destination of the package.
-All products and shipments are subject to the corresponding Spanish VAT.
-Customs: Alma Latina Shop is not responsible for any possible expenses arising from customs procedures that may occur in the country of destination.
-In case of non-collection of the product from a Parcel Shop by the customer, the shipping costs will be subtracted from the total amount of the refund.

TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT IN ACCOUNT
Once you have placed the order and received your confirmation, you will have a period of 5 calendar days to make the deposit or transfer, after this period, the order will be canceled.
Once the amount has been transferred to our account, the process of preparation and processing of the order and its subsequent shipment will begin. Please note that depending on the bank used, the transfer may take up to 3 working days.
