These terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our website www.almalatinashop.es

www.almalatinashop.es (hereinafter “the store”) is a website dedicated to the sale of clothing and accessories, owned by Alma Latina Shop SL with CIF B56782139 and registered office at Paseo de las Palmeras n28, La Cala del Moral, Málaga, Spain.

By placing an order on www.almalatinashop.es , the customer authorizes the store to use their personal data for commercial, advertising, and informational purposes.
- Contents and information provided on the website.
The store reserves the right to modify the commercial offer on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
The store will do everything possible to ensure that the information published is accurate and to avoid stock and typographical errors. If either of the latter two cases occurs, which is not the store's intention at any time, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase.
- Ordering system
To place an order, you must register at www.almalatinashop.es and place your order online, adding the products to your shopping cart. No other ordering method will be accepted.
- Payment methods
When placing an order, the customer can choose to pay for it by bank transfer or card (VISA or Mastercard).
Occasionally, and to prevent fraud, the store reserves the right to request a specific payment method from the customer if the buyer's identity cannot be clearly verified.
- Method, costs and delivery time
The store sends its products after accepting payment from the bank. The delivery time will vary depending on the destination established as the delivery address. In the case of mainland Spain, under normal conditions, the preparation and processing time of the order will be 24 hours (working days) and the shipping time of 24-48 hours (working days). Before confirming your order, you will be informed of the shipping costs and delivery times, both of which are approximate. However, due to reasons beyond the store's control, these costs may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.
Important:
- Shipping times may vary due to extraordinary incidents at the carrier's expense or delivery difficulties.
- Shipping costs appear in the Payments section at the bottom of the page. If, due to circumstances beyond the store's control, an order exceeds the stated weight and cost, the customer will be notified of the increased price and may choose to cancel their order.
- The store reserves the right to charge the customer any applicable shipping charges if the product is returned to our facilities or sent to an incorrect address due to a customer error.
- In the event that the customer has not specified their details correctly (name, address and/or contact telephone number) and because of this the shipment could not be delivered to its destination, the responsibility will be exclusively the customer's.
- Customs
www.almalatinashop.es is not responsible for any customs procedures or costs that may arise for shipments to destinations outside the European Community or to the Canary Islands. If a package is held or incurs customs charges, the responsibility falls exclusively on the customer who made the purchase.
- Customer obligations
The client will be obliged to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms and to keep them updated.
The client agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions.
The customer agrees to accept the estimated delivery time notified.
The customer agrees to assume responsibility if the package sent is held in Customs or incurs any additional costs.
You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of your personal access codes to our website.
The customer agrees to remain at the indicated delivery address during delivery hours (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Otherwise, they will have to go to the corresponding office to pick up the package or arrange another day with the shipping company.
The customer agrees to review the information entered on the order form before confirming the purchase. www.almalatinashop.es will not be liable for any incidents that may occur due to this.
- Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
Orders placed on www.almalatinashop.es are subject to Spanish law.
- Purchase protection for the customer
The customer may request a full refund for an item if it has not been shipped within 27 calendar days.
Once you request a refund, we will review your case and notify you within 72 business hours. If the request is approved, a refund will be issued for the amount of the item not received, preferably using the same payment method used to place the order. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 15 days to process.
