Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our website www.almalatinashop.es.

Please read the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you should not place any orders on our website.

1.Identification

www.almalatinashop.es (hereinafter “the store”) is a website dedicated to the sale of clothing and accessories, owned by Alma Latina Shop S.L. with Tax ID number B56782139 and registered address at Paseo de las Palmeras n28, La Cala del Moral, Málaga, Spain.

2.Transfer of data

By placing an order on www.almalatinashop.es, the customer authorizes the store to use their personal data for commercial, advertising, and informational purposes.

3.Content and information provided on the website.

The store reserves the right to modify the commercial offer on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

The store will make every effort to ensure that the information published is accurate and to avoid stock and typographical errors. If either of these two cases occurs, which will in no way be the intention of the store, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase.

4.Ordering system

To place an order, you must register at www.almalatinashop.es and place your order online, adding the products to your “shopping cart.” No other ordering system will be accepted.

6.Payment methods

When placing an order, customers can choose to pay by bank transfer or card (VISA or Mastercard).

Occasionally, in order to prevent fraud, the store reserves the right to request a specific payment method from the customer if the buyer's identity cannot be reliably verified.

7.Form, costs, and delivery times

The store ships its products after accepting payment from the bank. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination specified as the delivery address. For mainland Spain, under normal conditions, order preparation and processing will take 24 hours (working days) and shipping will take 24-48 hours (working days). For other destinations and conditions, please see the Shipping section at the bottom of this website. Before confirming your order, you will be informed of the shipping costs and delivery times, both of which are approximate. However, for reasons beyond the control of the store, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.

Important:

Shipping times may vary due to extraordinary incidents affecting the carrier and delivery difficulties.
Shipping costs are shown in the Payments section at the bottom of the page. If, due to circumstances beyond the store's control, an order exceeds the established weights and costs, the customer will be notified of the price increase and may choose to cancel their order.
The store reserves the right to charge the customer for any charges that may apply to shipments if, due to a customer error, the product is returned to our facilities or sent to an incorrect address.
If the customer has not specified their details correctly (name, address, and/or contact telephone number) and, as a result, the shipment cannot be delivered to its destination, the customer will be solely responsible.

8.Customs

www.almalatinashop.es is not responsible for any customs procedures or costs that may arise for shipments to destinations outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands. If a package is held or incurs customs charges, the responsibility will lie solely with the customer who made the purchase.

9.Customer obligations

The customer is obliged to provide accurate information on the data requested in the user registration forms and to keep it up to date.

The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions.

The customer agrees to accept the estimated delivery time notified.

The customer agrees to assume responsibility in the event that the package sent is held up at Customs or incurs any extra costs.

Likewise, the customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their personal access codes to our website.

The customer agrees to be present at the delivery address indicated during delivery hours (from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Otherwise, they will have to go to the corresponding office to pick up the package or arrange another day with the shipping company.

The customer agrees to review the information they fill in on the order form before confirming the purchase. www.almalatinashop.es will not be responsible for any incidents that may occur for this reason.

10.Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

Orders placed on www.almalatinashop.es are subject to Spanish law.

11.Purchase protection for the customer

The customer may request a full refund for an item if it has not been shipped within 27 calendar days.


Once the refund has been requested, we will review your case and notify you of our decision within 72 business hours. If the request is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item not received, using the same payment method used to place the order, if possible. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 15 days to be processed.
