FREE RETURNS

Returns will be FREE with a return period of 30 days.

To save you time and get the size right and how the garment will fit you the first time we advise you that in case of doubts write us to our chat, Instagram ( @almalatinashop ) or WhatsApp (685870663) we will be happy to advise you with the choice of size or any extra information you need.

In shipments with destination Spain peninsula and Balearic Islands shipping costs caused by the first change or return will be borne by the store www.almalatinashop.es both in collected in case of returns, as in round-trip costs in the case of exchange for another size or product.

In shipments with destination other than Spain peninsula and Balearic Islands the first return will also be free (will not cause any extra cost on our website) and return shipments to our facilities will be borne by the customer in case of return or exchange. In case of size or product change the shipping of the new product will be at our expense.

We only want happy customers and we are so sure that you will like our garments that we guarantee free returns. We want you only have to worry about enjoying our items, so we take care of everything and we make it EASY for you.

*The only products that will not be exchanged or returned are underwear products for hygiene reasons and those products that have been customized.

**In case of needing a second exchange or return, delivery costs will be paid by the customer.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Option 1 (Recommended for faster response time):

Write us a Whatsapp to 685870663 indicating the order number, if you want to make an exchange of size or product or if you want a refund for the amount of the garment and indicating which garment you would like to change or return.

Option 2:

Write us a message to our Instagram account (@almalatinashop) indicating the order number, if you want to make an exchange of size or product or if you want a refund for the amount of the garment and indicating which garment you would like to exchange or return.

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE THE GARMENTS.

1.You must pack the garment in packaging that will prevent it from slipping out, ensure that it will not be stained or damaged during transit to our facilities, and prevent dirt from entering the packaging. If you are using a box, remember to seal the edges with tape to prevent dirt from entering through the cracks in the box.

2.Garments should have the original label and no stains or signs of use.

3.Garments must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Especially the Top Aura must return to our facilities as shipped, with the loop unknotted, without wrinkles for having been too long knotted and without marks for having been knotted with excessive force.


RELEVANT INFORMATION

-Cancellations will be possible in the first 60 minutes after making the purchase.

-Changes and returns may be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of the purchased product by sending a message to our WhatsApp (RECOMMENDED 685870663) Instagram (@almalatinashop), or in the store chat.

-In the event that the exchange of a product is made for any other product displayed in www.almalatinashop.es of greater value, the customer must pay the difference in price between the two products.

-Returns of used products will not be accepted.

-In the event that the returned garments arrive at our facilities in poor condition (insufficient or poorly packaged packaging, garments without the original label or garments with stains, marks or damage of any kind) that are not the responsibility of Alma Latina and that have not been previously notified in case of having been delivered already defective, the amount of the garment will not be refunded nor will another one be sent in its place. You will be given the option to pay the corresponding shipping to resend the defective garments to the destination of your choice.

-Please note that in the event that the order has enjoyed free shipping, if after the return the amount of the order is less than the amount that corresponds to the free shipping, we will subtract the shipping price from the refund.
